Returns Policy
We understand that occasionally you may need to return your purchased goods. We are able to fully refund you under most circumstances. Please ensure that you have read our returns policy in its entirety before purchasing from online-cufflinks. We may or may not cover the delivery cost of your return (or indeed the cost of sending an alternative) depending on the situation under which goods are being returned.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, you may do so by following our returns procedures below:
Important Information
Please note: ALL returns MUST include a covering letter, briefly explaining your reason for the return. ALL returns MUST also include your order number which you recieved when you placed the order with us. Ideally, please include a printed copy of your order confirmation page. Failure to include these two documents may result in problems dealing with your return.
When returning your goods we advise that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery - this is the maximum expense for which we can refund you. We can only proceed with your case once we recieve your goods back. If your returned items go missing in the post without having sent them recorded delivery, you will need to take it up with whichever company you used for your return.

Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase and choose either a direct replacement, alternative product or a full refund. We will dispatch your alternative item(s) free of charge and refund you the cost of returning the item to us (please read "important information" above, for general returns details).
Unwanted Items
Items which are unwanted (no longer required) can be returned up to 14 days after purchase, providing that they are unused and in resalable condition. If you have simply ordered a product in error and it is not defective, then you will need to return it at your own cost. please read "important information" above, for general returns details).
Engraved Items
Personalised (engraved) items are exempt from this agreement, unless they are defective. The engraving font and size are chosen by the engraver unless otherwise stated. Items will be engraved exactly as specified, so please ensure you've spell-checked your required engraving text before submiting your order. We are unable to accept any returns on engraved items unless they are defective.
